Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and skilled Server/Bartender to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. The ideal candidate has previous restaurant experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for hospitality. Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining quality standards
Handle cash transactions accurately and perform cashiering duties
Ensure food safety and proper food handling procedures are followed at all times
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, including bar and dining spaces
Assist in setting up and breaking down service stations before and after shifts
Collaborate with team members to deliver efficient service during busy periods




Uphold all food industry regulations and safety standards to ensure guest satisfaction

Skills
Proven experience in restaurant or food service environments, with knowledge of serving and bartending procedures
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
Robust customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables and tasks efficiently
Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and making change accurately
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail
Hospitality-oriented mindset with a friendly demeanor and teamwork spirit

This role is ideal for individuals passionate about the food industry who enjoy creating positive guest experiences. Prior restaurant experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided to ensure you succeed in delivering excellent service.

Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
