We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest service, take accurate orders, and ensure a positive dining experience for all patrons. This role requires excellent communication skills, a robust understanding of food safety standards, and the ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment. Prior experience in food service or hospitality is required; training will be provided to ensure success in this role. The Server will play a vital part in maintaining the restaurant’s reputation for outstanding customer care and seamless service.

Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties
Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are strictly followed during food handling and serving
Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas,



and service stations throughout shifts
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
Address guest inquiries courteously and resolve any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction
Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple tables efficiently

Requirements
Previous experience serving in food service, restaurant, or hospitality industry is a must
Solid customer service skills with an emphasis on guest satisfaction
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and billing accuracy
Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment with excellent time management skills
Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor
Flexibility to work during peak hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
Kitchen experience or food preparation knowledge is a plus but not mandatory
