Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks.
Record all financial transactions accurately, including invoices, payments, and expenses.
Reconcile bank statements and accounts regularly to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently to maintain cash flow.
Perform account analysis and prepare reports to support budgeting and financial planning.
Assist with payroll processing, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Maintain organized financial records and documentation for audit readiness.

Requirements
Experience with QuickBooks.
Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles, including accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliation processes.
Knowledge of payroll systems and procedures is highly desirable.
Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
Ability to perform bank reconciliations and account analysis accurately.
Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial reporting is a plus.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
