Responsibilities
Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities that promote early childhood learning and growth
Foster a secure, inclusive, and positive classroom workplace that encourages curiosity and independence
Support children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities, through tailored caregiving strategies
Monitor children’s behavior and provide guidance to promote social skills and emotional regulation
Maintain clear communication with parents or guardians regarding children’s progress and daily experiences
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the classroom to uphold health and safety standards




Collaborate with team members to create a cohesive educational experience that aligns with program goals

Qualifications
Prior classroom experience working with young children in early childhood education settings
Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable
Strong teaching skills combined with compassionate caregiving abilities
Knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate activities
Ability to engage children actively while maintaining patience and professionalism
Relevant certifications or training in early childhood education or caregiving are preferred but not mandatory
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and team members
Level 1 minimum
