Responsibilities:
Safely and efficiently operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to customers
Follow assigned routes and schedules for timely deliveries - Load and unload goods from the vehicle using appropriate equipment, such as a forklift
Verify the accuracy of delivery orders and ensure all items are accounted for
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents or delays
Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner
Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while operating the vehicle - Assist the Yard Supervisor with other duties of operating a lumber yard

Skills:
Valid DZ driver's license with a clean driving record

-Certified Boom Operator (Must have valid certificate)
Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role
Familiarity with local roads and routes in the area
Ability to operate a forklift or willingness to learn
Solid organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
