Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bartender and manager to join our team at Kilt & Caber Ale House. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our patrons. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining our reputation as a premier destination for food and drink. Hourly tips vary but generally average between $25-$35/hour.

Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons and ensuring their satisfaction.
Manage cash handling accurately, including processing payments through the POS system.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper food safety practices.




Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels of beverages and supplies.

Requirements
Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Robust customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively.
Basic math skills for cash handling and drink preparation calculations.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices is essential.
Robust leadership skills.
Strong communication skills.
Open availability.
Ability to complete heavy lifting (stacking and organizing large keg orders).

We are seeking an energetic individual who has a passion for the bar industry. The successful candidate will have opportunities for growth both with in our pub but in our larger family of pubs as well.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
