Duties
Assist with concrete mixing, pouring, and finishing to create smooth, durable surfaces.
Set up formwork and molds using carpentry skills to shape concrete structures accurately.
Install rebar reinforcement according to schematics and blueprints to ensure structural integrity.
Operate heavy equipment such as mixers, forklifts, or compactors safely and efficiently.
Use hand tools and power tools for cutting, shaping, and installing masonry materials.
Read blueprints and schematics to understand project specifications and ensure accurate execution.
Perform restoration and renovation tasks by repairing existing concrete or masonry
Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools, disposing of debris, and adhering to safety protocols.
Collaborate with team members on layout plans and schematics to meet project deadlines.
Experience
Prior construction experience with a focus on concrete or masonry work is highly preferred.
Knowledge of mechanical systems relevant to heavy equipment operation is advantageous.
Hands-on experience with concrete forming, finishing techniques, and rebar installation is desirable.
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in various weather conditions
Solid work ethic with a commitment to safety standards and quality workmanship.
