Seeking workers to fill Full time maintenance positions. These positions are year-round and are approximately 40 hours/week plus any potential afterhours emergencies and snow/ice removal.

The maintenance crews for Westphal Court are responsible for the maintenance and up keep of 7 mobile home parks throughout HRM. This brings along a wide variety of tasks which means everyday can be different.

Applicants are required to have:
Valid Nova Scotia Drivers License
Clean Drivers Abstract
Reliable Transportation to/from Work

General scope of work includes:
Tree Trimming
Landscaping
Small Engine Repair
Assisting on construction sites
Snow/Ice Removal
