Job Summary:
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our staffing team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates for a variety of client positions while ensuring an efficient and positive hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and screen candidates through job boards, social media platforms, and referrals
Align candidate skills and experience with client job requirements
Schedule and coordinate interviews, providing timely follow-ups to both clients and candidates
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the database




Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and job seekers

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 1 year of recruiting experience, preferably within a staffing setting
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting
