Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator (Level 2 and 3) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children. This role involves creating engaging educational experiences that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development in early learners. The Early Childhood Teacher will work collaboratively with parents and staff to ensure the best outcomes for children.

Duties
Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
Create a protected, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
Observe and assess children's development and progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians.
Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their independence and self-esteem.
Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall educational experience for students.
Maintain accurate records of children's progress, attendance, and behavior.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and classroom activities.




Participate in ongoing career development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.

Skills
Strong background in childcare and early childhood education principles.
Ability to educate young children through creative teaching methods and engaging activities.
Proficient in computer operation for administrative tasks such as record keeping and lesson planning.
Excellent organizational skills to manage classroom activities effectively.
Experience working with children in various settings is highly desirable.
Proficiency in English; bilingual skills, especially in French, are a plus.
A genuine passion for nurturing young minds and fostering their growth in a supportive setting.
