Join our dynamic construction team as a Tile Installer and bring beautiful, durable surfaces to life! In this role, you will be responsible for installing tiles in residential and commercial spaces, transforming ordinary areas into stunning, functional environments. Your expertise will ensure precise craftsmanship, adherence to safety standards, and timely project completion. Responsibilities
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine tile layout and installation plans.
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying necessary adhesives or mortar for optimal tile adhesion.
Measure spaces accurately to cut tiles precisely using hand tools such as tile cutters, saws, and chisels.
Install tiles on floors, walls, countertops, and other surfaces with attention to detail and craftsmanship.
Apply caulking around edges and joints to ensure a sealed, professional finish.
Use carpentry skills for framing or building supports when necessary before tile installation.




Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools, disposing of debris, and ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.

Experience
Proven experience in construction or handyman work with a focus on flooring installation or tile laying.
Skilled in the use of hand tools such as tile cutters, trowels, levels, and measuring tapes.
Ability to read blueprints accurately and translate plans into exact installations.
Familiarity with construction safety standards and proper use of personal protective equipment.
Knowledge of caulking techniques and general carpentry skills are highly desirable.
Previous experience working on residential or commercial projects is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is valued.
