Maderra Personnel is currently seeking a qualified individual for the position of Intermediate/Senior Structural Designer in St. John's, NL.

Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed design and drafting of structural systems in steel, concrete, wood, and masonry.
Conduct site visits, inspections, and field reviews; prepare observation reports and provide recommendations as required.
Support Structural Engineers with project execution, ensuring designs meet applicable codes and client requirements.
Collaborate with engineers on multidisciplinary projects to deliver integrated design solutions.

Requirements:




Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
Minimum 7 years of relevant structural design and drafting experience.
Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
Robust technical knowledge in the design of steel, concrete, wood, and masonry structures.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently or as part of a team-oriented team.
Solid understanding of contract and project management, including coordination with consultants, clients, contractors, and authorities having jurisdiction.
