Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Front of House Manager to lead our guest-facing operations and ensure an exceptional dining experience. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee front of house daily operations, including service, guest relations, and daily floor management.
Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance overall guest satisfaction.
Lead, train, and support front of house staff to maintain high performance and service standards.
Develop and implement strategies to improve the guest experience based on feedback and industry trends.
Maintain a welcoming atmosphere by ensuring the front of house is clean, organized, and well-staffed.
Ensure smooth communication between front of house team and culinary team.
Handle guest concerns professionally and resolve issues efficiently.
Monitor cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of the restaurant.
Support opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and operational compliance.




Uphold company policies, health and safety standards, and service expectations.

Qualifications
Previous restaurant experience, as well as management or supervisory experience required.
Solid leadership and team building skills.
Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
Adaptable availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant operations is an asset.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
