Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service in a tire retail setting to clients in person, via phone, email, and chat
Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a qualified and timely manner
Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues with empathy and patience
Up sell products or services to customers when appropriate

-Enter order details

-Invoicing
Maintain accurate and detailed customer records through data entry
Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in our products or services
Pickup tires from dealerships after their customers vehicles have been serviced. Ensure tires are properly tagged, stored and entered into our storage system
Maintain accurate storage records, organize stored tires, coordinate tire retrievals/returns and communicate with customers and or dealership when their tires are needed

Requirements:

-Automotive and tire knowledge is a must




Previous customer service experience in the tire industry or a related field
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Ability to speak English, speak multiple languages is a plus
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
Proficient in data entry and computer skills (Excel and Word)
Sales experience is a plus
