GL Wood Products is looking for motivated and reliable Production Line Workers to join our team. This position involves working on various production lines, including the Box Line, Trim Line, and Planner Line, in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
Continuously feed the production line with wood components
Sort, stack, and pack wood products
Remove and discard nonconforming products into recycling bins
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
Follow company safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals

Requirements
Ability to work in a quick-paced setting
Capable of lifting and handling loads up to 18 kg (40 lbs)
Strong attention to detail
Good hand-eye coordination
Ability to stand for extended periods




Comfortable performing repetitive tasks
Manual dexterity for handling wood components
Ability to bend, crouch, and kneel as needed
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Flexible and adaptable to change
Reliable and punctual
