Key Responsibilities: • Plan and communicate day-to-day ticket metrics • Support Client Cloud Infrastructure across environments • Manage P1, P2 incidents and other complex service requests • Conduct operational and preventive maintenance tasks • Administer urgent change requests and remedial action
