Attending caesarian sections and high risk deliveries,



as backup for pediatric residents or as primary resuscitators as per NRP guidelines develops and maintains a quality improvement program for neonatal transport and transport advance practice nursing. Provides support and guidance to nurses and pediatric residents in the designated practice environment. Responsible for the assessment, establishment, maintenance, evaluation and updating the clinical standards of care for the Neonatal Transport Program.
