PowerPoint, Visio).Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and establish new connections as required.Support wired and wireless networks, including switches, cabling, and Wi-Fi access points.Work with corporate IT teams and other sites on network, systems, and infrastructure projects.Perform daily system and data backups.Proactively create and maintain technical documentation.Ensure site IT operations align with corporate standards, governance, and security policies.Collaborate with senior IT team members to improve systems and network performance.Perform other duties as assigned by management.What do you need to have?Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.3+ years of experience in an IT Support Technician or Help Desk role.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows PC and Server operating systems.Experience supporting PC, server, and storage hardware.Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.Cisco (CCNA or equivalent)Microsoft certifications are considered strong assets.MCSE certification is an advantage.Hands-on experience with Microsoft Exchange, Outlook, and Webmail.Experience with Cisco networking equipment, including switches and routers.Working knowledge of Cisco IOS and basic network configuration and troubleshooting.Experience with network switches, structured cabling, and network printers.Hands-on experience troubleshooting Wi-Fi access points and wireless networks.Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Customer-service mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to site locations as required.Why apply?This is a stable, long-term opportunity for an IT professional who enjoys hands-on work, values strong team collaboration, and wants to build a career in a unique operational environment while enjoying an exceptional outdoor lifestyle.#J-18808-Ljbffr
