Job Summary:

The ITSM Replacement Requirements role involves managing and supporting the replacement of IT Service Management systems through a qualified services fixed-price assignment. The position requires coordination with vendors, evaluation of resource requisitions, and adherence to strict submission protocols within a specified deadline. Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage the ITSM replacement project requirements.
Evaluate vendor responses based on the Resource Requisition and Qualifications Matrix.
Ensure all submissions are made through the designated Flextrack system.
Communicate deadlines and requirements clearly to all stakeholders.
Address and direct all related questions through the appropriate communication channels.

Required Skills & Certifications:
Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) systems and replacement projects.
Robust understanding of vendor evaluation processes and resource requisition management.




Proficiency in using vendor management systems such as Flextrack.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:
Knowledge of fixed-price qualified services contracts.
Familiarity with Newfoundland time zone considerations for deadlines.
Experience with procurement and bid submission processes.

Special Considerations:
All submissions must be made via the Flextrack VMS; late, email, or direct bids are not accepted.
Strict adherence to the submission deadline of September 4th at 4pm Newfoundland time.
The maximum hourly rate field in Flextrack is a default and will not be used in evaluation.

Project deadlines and milestone submissions aligned with the fixed-price contract timeline.
Work schedule to accommodate communication and coordination within Newfoundland time zone.
