Supervise daily shelter operations and enforce guidelines
Facilitate positive interactions and crisis management
Document significant resident interactions and case progress
Assist in skill development and recreational programming
Network with community resources for effective referrals Requirements:
Degree/diploma in social work or related discipline
Over 2 years of relevant work experience
Crisis prevention and First Aid/CPR certifications
Understanding of homelessness issues among youth
