Requirement/Must Have:
3+ years of experience in business analysis within the P&C; Insurance domain.
Proficiency in Duck Creek Policy systems.
Experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and process mapping.
Ability to create BRD/FRD, user stories, and process flows.
Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and developing test scenarios.
Solid data analysis and reporting skills.
Knowledge of functional and technical requirements documentation.
Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders.
Conduct business process analysis and identify opportunities for improvement.
Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
Create and maintain business requirement documents (BRDs), functional requirement documents (FRDs), user stories, and process flows.
Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement-gathering sessions.
Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by developing test scenarios and validating results.
Analyze data, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
Document current-state and future-state business processes.
Assist with project planning, change management, and implementation activities.
Monitor project progress and communicate risks, issues, and dependencies to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices.
