Elevate youth trades education as the Programs Lead at SkilledTradesBC. In this full time role, you will build stakeholder relationships and support school districts to enhance youth program outcomes. SkilledTradesBC is seeking a dedicated Programs Lead for its Youth department.

This position involves working with school districts, employers, and training providers to ensure the effective delivery of trades programs. You will play a pivotal role in connecting with youth and fostering partnerships that boost program participation and success. Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the main contact for school district funding agreements
Support underperforming school districts in program delivery
Implement best practices for youth in trades
Monitor budgets, forecasting, and invoicing
Lead events and initiatives to promote youth programs Requirements:
High School diploma; degree preferred in relevant fields
Minimum 4 years related experience
Background in K-12 education is an asset
Robust project management and budgeting skills
