Shannex is hiring a full time Wellness Coach who will work directly with clients to develop and review customized wellness plans.
The ideal candidate will engage with local businesses to enhance program offerings and manage the Harmony Program's communication features. This position is essential in ensuring clients' needs are met effectively. Key Responsibilities:
Create and review individualized wellness programs for clients
Collaborate with community groups to develop supportive programs
Oversee the Harmony Program technology for communication
Implement understanding of the resident-directed Philosophy of Service
Assess program success in meeting client expectations Requirements:
Preferred post-secondary education in recreation studies
Passionate about working with elderly clients
Excellent communication and computer skills
Must hold First Aid & CPR certification
