Your role includes individual assessments, crisis management, and developing strategies to ensure students achieve personal growth. The position requires adaptable schedule, including home visits if necessary, to ensure comprehensive support. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing tailored Individual Education and Safety Plans
Intervene during behavioral crises in classrooms and on playgrounds




Assess and document student behavior and progress regularly
Facilitate small group sessions focusing on life skills development
Collaborate with external agencies when required Requirements:
Grade 12 education plus relevant two-year diploma
A minimum of 2 years' experience with at-risk youth
Crisis Prevention and Intervention certification
Class 5 BC Driver’s License required
