Deliver lectures and practical sessions in Welding
Inspire students through effective mentoring techniques
Enforce and maintain safety standards in the shop
Complete administrative tasks and accurate record-keeping
Collaborate effectively with team members Requirements:
Interprovincial Red Seal and Grade 12 needed
Five years in welding field and supervisory roles
Preferred Provincial Instructor Diploma or related certification
