This position involves managing relationships with individuals, corporations, and foundations, aiming to secure major gifts ranging from $10,000 to $250,000. You will utilize storytelling and solid communication to develop donor engagement strategies that resonate. Key Responsibilities:
Manage and cultivate relationships with diversified donors
Write engaging proposals and impact reports
Collaborate with senior leadership on donor cultivation




Create personalized donor journeys and stewardship plans
Ensure accurate tracking of interactions in the CRM Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum three years of successful fundraising experience
Excellent relationship-building and persuasive writing abilities
Demonstrated ability to deliver quality results on time
