Our Warehouse Lead hand will be responsible for assisting the Warehouse Supervisor overseeing daily operations. Their duties include in the planning, monitoring, and participating in daily warehouse activities. environment.You can be uber-organized and able to manage priorities under pressure.You can communicate effectively in English (written and verbal)skills & ExperienceYou have 2+ years of warehousing experience.You have a valid Forklift CertificateYou have experience using ERP & MRP systems.Nice-to-HaveYou have warehousing experience handling ingredients.5-ton truck driving experienceYou have First Aid Level 1 or 2 certificationDetailed Description of Duties:Leading a small team by delegating tasks, training new employees, and ensuring work is completed.Knowledgeable of all areas by following policies and proceduresPlan, monitor, and participate in daily warehouse activities.Receive, store, and utilize warehouse space following FEFO principles.Follow safe work practices and procedures as per company policies and procedures and Work Safe regulations.Follow all company policies and procedures, including: GMP, BRC, HACCP, Health & Safety.Monitor allergen & segregation of material storage in the warehouse.Assisting inventory control and troubleshooting for discrepanciesPerform equipment checks and tests as per approved procedures and instructions.Conduct successful shift turnovers by exchanging information accurately and completely with incoming personnel.Complete stock rotation and cycle counting using RF ScannersEnsure all record keeping is completed for warehouse staffing.Work in all areas and ensure proper housing cleaning is being followed.Monitor employees' breaks and workflow.Verification of incoming and outgoing materialsCommunicate with other departments through emails.Monitor and coordinate daily pickups and deliveries with the 5-ton truck.Perform daily inspections through RedZoneCreating and presenting ideas/issues in weekly warehouse meetingsOperate 5-ton as neededBack up to Warehouse SupervisorOther duties as assigned.OTHER …Available to work flexible shifts, holidays, weekends, and be on-call, as the job requires.You have a valid driver license and drivers abstract.#J-18808-Ljbffr
