Radiologic Technologist – Full-Time Position – Raleigh LocationWe are seeking a highly skilled and patient-focused Radiologic Technologist with experience in orthopaedic imaging to join our dynamic clinical team. This role specializes in obtaining high-quality diagnostic images that assist our orthopaedic providers in delivering precise, effective care. From sprains to complex fractures, you'll be a critical part of the diagnostic and treatment journey for patients of all ages.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform diagnostic radiologic imaging (X-rays) specific to orthopaedic protocols and positioningCollaborate with physicians to capture detailed views of musculoskeletal structures for accurate assessmentEnsure appropriate imaging techniques based on patient condition, age, and mobilityMaintain and calibrate imaging equipment for optimal performance and image clarityPractice strict adherence to radiation safety guidelines for patients and staffEnsure proper documentation, image storage,



and EMR integrationProvide clear instructions and reassurance to patients during imaging proceduresAssist clinical staff in supporting patient flow and optimizing room turnover as neededQualificationsGraduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology programARRT certification and valid state Radiologic Technologist license (as applicable)Minimum 1–2 years of radiologic experience; orthopaedic imaging experience strongly preferredProficiency in PACS and digital radiography systemsStrong interpersonal skills and a calm, professional demeanorAbility to adapt to wide-ranging patient needs, including pediatric and post-surgical casesPhysical RequirementsPhysical guidelines include ability to be exposed to minimal radiation, stand/walk for up to eight hours/day, bend, stoop, twist, assist patients in turning, assist patient in arising from exam table, push wheelchair patients, and assist patient in arising from and returning to wheelchair.Physical requirements also include repetitive lifting of objects weighing up to 11 pounds with occasional lifting to 30 pounds.Full medical, dental, and vision coverage with FSA and HSA optionsRetirement plan with employer contributionsCompany-paid life insurancePaid Time Off programCompensation$24.50–32.00 per hour, commensurate with experience#J-18808-Ljbffr
