The Salvation Army is seeking a Health Care Aide (HCA) to work under the supervision of the Licensed Practical Nurse and Unit Manager. You will assist residents with daily living activities and follow each resident’s Care Plan to provide compassionate, person-centred care in a home-like setting.
Responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, assisting with mobility and personal care, supporting meals and routines, and documenting changes in health status.
