Lead dock operations as a Junior Foreman at Manitoulin Transport in Winnipeg. Support safety measures and service KPIs while ensuring reliable delivery for our extensive network. In this role, you will assist the Dock Foreman to maintain operational standards at our Winnipeg Terminal.

You’ll have the chance to develop leadership skills while planning delivery routes for the city and surrounding rural areas. This position typically involves Monday to Friday shifts from 11:00 AM to 8:30 PM, with occasional weekend coverage required. Key Responsibilities:
Support Dock Foreman in daily operations
Plan and deliver scheduled runs in Winnipeg
Maintain safety and service targets on the dock
Train recent hires on company procedures
Cover for the Foreman during absences Requirements:
