IDM Youth Services is hiring both full time and part time workers dedicated to helping vulnerable children and youth. You’ll experience a rewarding role where no two days are the same, leading activities and outings while providing essential emotional and behavioral support. Candidates local to Vancouver Island with a passion for social services are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide all-inclusive care to at-risk youth
• Administer medications and attend to health appointments
• Plan and lead outings like swimming and hiking
• Collaborate with the care team on support plans
• Maintain accurate documentation of youth interactions

Requirements:
• Diploma in a related human/social service field
• Two years of recent related experience
• Class 7N BC Driver's License
• Must be 19 years or older
• Passing screening through MCFD and Ministry of Justice
