Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and communicate equipment specifications for customer applications

Develop and implement a standardized NPI process across machine families
Work closely with Technology Specialists to drive technology adoption

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years in a customer-facing role
At least 5 years of hands-on experience with heavy equipment
Robust technical understanding of equipment applications
Proficient in Microsoft Applications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
