In this Inside Sales role, your primary focus will be building relationships and managing sales processes. You’ll quote and fulfill orders, engage both walk-in and call-in customers, and negotiate equipment rental prices. With a focus on creating current business opportunities, you’ll also follow up on dormant accounts and ensure effective communication with delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process quotations, reservations, and contracts for rentals
• Establish current sales accounts through customer interaction
• Negotiate prices on rentals under company policies




• Dispatch delivery trucks while managing client expectations
• Maintain a well-stocked and clean showroom

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
• Proficient in multitasking within a rapid-paced setting
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record
