Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license and have insights into Indigenous ways and the effects of colonization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop supportive relationships with clients
• Provide outreach tailored to community needs
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary service team




• Utilize harm reduction and trauma-informed methodologies
• Execute service plans for client success

Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience with community populations
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities
• Solid communication skills in various formats
• Knowledge of cultural safety and equity issues
• Alignment with the values of Mount Carmel Clinic
