Duties
Clean windows of various sizes using hand tools, squeegees, and power tools to achieve a spotless finish
Prepare work areas by setting up ladders, scaffolding, or lifts safely before beginning cleaning tasks
Use appropriate cleaning solutions and techniques to remove dirt, grime, streaks, and other residues from glass surfaces
Perform routine inspections of windows and surrounding areas to identify any damage or maintenance needs
Maintain safety standards by adhering to proper procedures for working at heights and handling heavy equipment




Communicate effectively with clients and team members to coordinate schedules and ensure customer satisfaction
Assist with general facilities maintenance tasks as needed, including custodial duties and minor repairs

Requirements
Proven experience with cleaning tasks, custodial work, or facilities maintenance preferred
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment required for window cleaning
Robust communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members
Ability to manage time efficiently to complete tasks within scheduled deadlines
Capable of heavy lifting, climbing ladders, or working at heights safely
Knowledge of commercial cleaning standards and safety protocols is a plus
Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving
