As the Service Site Manager, you will facilitate operations at a 55-turbine site and guide a dedicated team of technicians.

This role includes health and safety compliance, operational excellence, and strengthening site relationships. You will ensure that maintenance activities are efficiently managed while nurturing a positive team agile. Key Responsibilities:
Coach and guide technicians in their daily tasks
Promote safety and compliance with regulations
Oversee operational execution of maintenance plans

Report on turbine performance and operational KPIs Requirements:
Technical diploma in relevant discipline or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years in leadership, with 3 in operations
