The house sitting job will involve tending to my indoor and outdoor plants, ensuring they''re watered and cared for properly.

Additionally, when winter rolls around, snow clearing will be essential to keep the driveway and pathways transparent and secure.

Most the time neighbor does bulk of driveway clearing.

Your attention to detail and proactive approach will be key in maintaining the property during my absence.

Deck and porch are not large, very few '' pathways'', so clearing doesn''t take long.

I''m offering $100.00 per day for this house sitting prospect.

Daily rate$ can be discussed as that person will be commuting to asquith couple times a week, give or take.

The right person doesn''t/ isnt required to stay in house.

But I would need that person to check furnace and basement for anything wrong or not functioning. I definitely wouldn''t expect a person to drive out here during a snow event, but once highways clear and driving is safe. A checkup on snow and house situation would be ideal.
