We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to provide safe, qualified, and high-quality nursing care to patients/residents.
Key Responsibilities Provide nursing care according to individual care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor and document patients'' health conditions and progress.
Take and record vital signs.
Assist with wound care and other nursing procedures within the RPN scope of practice.
Communicate changes in patient condition to the appropriate healthcare team.
Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
Follow infection prevention, health and safety, and facility policies.
Work collaboratively with nurses, PSWs, physicians,
and other healthcare professionals.
Requirements Must be currently registered and entitled to practise as an RPN with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO).
Nursing diploma from a recognized program.
Current CPR/BLS certification preferred.
Previous experience in long-term care, retirement, hospital, or community care is an asset.
Solid communication and documentation skills.
Compassionate, dependable, and skilled.
Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
