Your main duties will involve providing comprehensive technical support for desktops and cloud services, managing user accounts, and resolving issues efficiently across various departments. Your input will ensure the implementation of effective backup solutions and disaster recovery strategies. Key Responsibilities:
Assist with technical support for all devices
Manage Microsoft 365 services including Outlook and Teams




Maintain network and wireless system connectivity
Document configurations, support tasks, and assets
