Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced
Unified Planner with solid expertise across demand planning, supply planning, forecasting, materials, and inventory management
. The role will focus on end-to-end supply chain planning for server racks, network hardware, DC construction, Compute & Storage, and AI infrastructure deployments
.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage mid- to long-term demand forecasts and supply plans
.
- Partner with Sourcing, Engineering, Finance, Commodity Planning, and external suppliers to align demand and supply.
- Model production capacity, material constraints, supply alternatives, and allocation scenarios.
- Build advanced forecasting, what-if, and predictive planning models
.
- Optimize inventory, safety stock, excess & obsolescence, and overall supply chain costs.
- Support
IBP / S&OP; processes and drive planning alignment across functions.
- Develop clear-to-build (CTB) tools
, KPIs, dashboards, and automated reporting.
- Leverage planning platforms such as
Oracle, SAP, o9, Kinaxis
, or internally developed planning systems.
- Collaborate with Network Engineering teams to develop technical forecasting models and evaluate demand trade-offs.
- Communicate demand outlooks, supply commitments, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Work with global teams, including
Asia-based partners
, on capacity and supply planning.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in
Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering
, or a related field.
- 7–10+ years of blended demand, supply, materials, or inventory planning experience.
- Strong experience with forecasting, demand sensing, predictive analytics, and supply planning
.
- Experience with
Oracle, SAP, o9, Kinaxis
, or similar ERP/planning platforms.
- Advanced skills in
Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, Python, VBA, or Apps Script
.
- Experience with
Tableau, Google Data Studio
, or similar data visualization tools.
- Strong understanding of
IBP / S&OP; processes.
- Excellent analytical, communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree or MBA in Supply Chain or a related field.
- 10+ years of comprehensive supply chain experience.
- Experience within hyperscale technology / cloud infrastructure environments.
- Knowledge of network hardware architecture and technologies
.
- Experience with solver-based demand analytics and forecasting systems.
- Experience with statistical/stochastic forecasting
, including Monte Carlo modeling.
- Knowledge of
Master Data and Planning BOM management
.
- Strong bias for action and ability to communicate complex supply chain problems and solutions.
