Responsibilities

- Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficient workflow and patient satisfaction.
- Coordinate patient appointments and manage scheduling for healthcare providers.
- Assist in patient intake processes, including collecting medical history and insurance information.
- Collaborate with staff to facilitate effective communication regarding patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records using electronic dental record systems.
- Ensure compliance with RCDSO regulations and clinic policies to maintain a safe environment.
- Assist with treatment management for patients requiring specialized care.




- Manage administrative tasks such as billing inquiries and insurance verification.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in a dental office setting is required, with a focus on patient care and administrative duties.
- Proficiency in dental software programs, particularly Dentrix and Patterson imaging is an assest.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and dentalcare professionals.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- A compassionate demeanor with a commitment to providing exceptional patient care and team support
