The Operations Analyst, Transportation supports our inbound and outbound transportation operations. You will assist in implementing transportation strategies, analyze data to guide process improvements, and contribute to the efficient and cost‑effective movement of goods. You will help maintain high service levels and optimize transportation operations to support our supply chain and wholesale operations. If you enjoy working with data, excel in a fast‑paced logistics setting, and are motivated by making a measurable impact on operational efficiency—then this is the role for you!About the RoleTransportation Operations Support (40%)Help manage daily inbound and outbound transportation operationsMonitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and identify potential issuesAnalyze transportation data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvementHelp implement transportation strategies and process improvementsCollaborate with carriers and internal teams to resolve transportation‑related issuesEnsure compliance with transportation regulations and safety standardsData Analysis and Reporting (25%)Collect, analyze, and interpret transportation data from various sourcesPrepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs)



and metricsDevelop and maintain dashboards to visualize transportation performanceConduct ad‑hoc analyses to support decision‑making and process improvementsHelp prepare presentations for senior leadershipProcess Improvement and Project Support (20%)Participate in continuous improvement programs, including Lean and Six Sigma projectsSupport the evaluation and implementation of new technologies and systemsHelp develop and maintain transportation policies and proceduresContribute to projects related to supply chain and wholesale operationsHelp identify and implement best practices in transportation operationsCarrier and Vendor Management (15%)Help manage relationships with carriers and transportation providersSupport contract negotiations and service level agreement reviewsMonitor carrier performance and compile data for performance reviewsHelp maintain up‑to‑date carrier information and documentationParticipate in carrier selection processes and RFP evaluationsAbout YouBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related fieldProfessional Logistics (P.
