Underground Mechanical Engineering Technician:We have a need for a full time underground mechanical engineering technician, servicing and maintaining our Mining Client’s loading equipment and plant in the Timmins and Sudbury area.The incumbent must be fit to work underground, willing to travel, clean criminal record and drivers abstract, be able to pass a drug and alcohol screening, have small tools. A company vehicle will be provided to travel to and from the office and mine sites.Hourly rate offered - $40-$60 per hour based on experience.Underground Mechanical TechnicianAbout the role:Our Client’s emulsion units are advanced systems designed to load blast holes with explosive chemicals.
