As the Housekeeping Operations Manager, you will play a critical leadership role in ensuring these newly renovated spaces are launched and maintained to the highest luxury standards from day one.This position requires strong operational oversight, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to lead teams through change with clarity and consistency. If you take pride in operational excellence, developing high-performing teams, and caring for brand-new product, this is an prospect to help set the benchmark for cleanliness, presentation, and service in our next chapter.What you will be doing:Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly serviceFollow departmental policies, procedures and service standardsOversee daily operations of the Housekeeping and Laundry departments as assignedEnsure the highest standards of cleanliness in accordance with the Hotel standards, policies and proceduresMaintain the adherence to Fairmont brand standardsAssist in effectively managing employee relations within the departmentHandle guest complaints and follow through on action requiredGeneral office administration which includes payroll, scheduling,
