Job Description Partner with care teams and vendors to manage purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely fulfillment Monitor inventory levels, oversee storage and distribution, and prevent shortages or overstocking.

Coordinate logistics for deliveries and returns between patient homes, branches, and field staff Identify process improvements, support ERP implementation, and collaborate with finance for accurate reporting and cost tracking Handle RMAs, credits, and accounts payable reconciliations while maintaining accurate tracking systems Qualifications Post-secondary education in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare supply chain, procurement, or logistics, including hospital or medical equipment operations Solid understanding of supply chain principles, procurement strategies, and inventory management practices Knowledge of medical inventory tracking systems and proficiency with supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, ERP systems)
