Join WSP as an Integrated Control & Safety Systems (ICSS) and Supervisory Control & Data Acquisition (SCADA) Engineer, focusing on enhancing Canada’s transit infrastructure. Utilize your engineering expertise in control system design.

As part of WSP’s Rail & Transit team, you will engineer cutting-edge solutions that improve transportation safety and performance. Reporting to senior management, you will contribute to vital multidisciplinary projects, ensuring that designs align with industry standards and meet project specifications. This role emphasizes a team-oriented approach to problem-solving and overcoming engineering challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop control strategies for transit subsystems
• Create technical diagrams and project narratives




• Oversee management of project BOM and BOQ
• Create design reports and specifications for systems
• Participate in project testing and integration activities

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• At least 5 years of experience in control system design
• Proficient in PLCs and SCADA system architectures
• Familiarity with communication protocols like BACnet
• Canadian P.Eng. registration or ability to obtain within a year
