What You Will Do: Maintenance duties and tasks including but are not limited to: preventative maintenance, coordination, obtaining multiple quotes, dealings with vendors, fire safety, landscaping and snow removal Enforce Bylaws, Rules and Policies for assigned properties Written and oral Corresponding to Boards and Residents,



including reporting and obtaining approval from the Board Finding and presenting solutions from resources for unforeseen issues Understanding condominium insurance and coordinating insurance claims Property Inspections and Property Reports, including implementing preventative maintenance programs Budget and Financial Review processes Coordination of Capital and Reserve Expenditures as per the Reserve Fund Study Comply with legislation, but not limited to: The Real Estate Act, The Residential Tenancies Act, The Condominium Property Act, Minimum Housing & Health Standards, PIPA, etc.

At all times, ensure due diligence for the protection of the client''s funds, property and assets against all reasonably foreseeable contingencies or losses Be responsible for planning, organizing, attending, and facilitating the Condominium Board Meetings and Annual General Meetings.
