Duties Description The incumbent of this position will be responsible for serving and reheating food; keeping food service areas clean and in valuable order for The Office of Addictions Services and Supports Addiction Treatment Centers.

Duties include, but are not limited to: Cleans and maintains the dining and service areas, including cooking equipment and utensils Tracks inventory and orders and stores supplies as appropriate Transports food and other supplies to preparation and serving areas as directed.

Cleans, weighs, and measures fruits, vegetables, or other ingredients Prepares and serves straightforward foods and meals Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications There are no education or experience qualifications for this class.





Applicants must be physically able to perform the tasks of the position. NOTE: Candidate(s) must be eligible and maintain eligibility for full and unconditional participation in the Medicaid and Medicare programs.

Failure to maintain Medicaid/Medicare eligibility will result in the termination of employment. *All Hourly positions with the NYS Office of Addiction Services & Supports (OASAS) are utilized on an as needed basis, and as such there is no guarantee of work hours or a set schedule.
