This opportunity is well suited to a lawyer who is looking to deepen their experience in sophisticated civil litigation matters within a rigorous, team-oriented, and client-focused setting.

The successful candidate will work closely with experienced litigators on a broad range of disputes and will play a meaningful role in file strategy, advocacy preparation, and client service.

Key Responsibilities Manage and assist with civil litigation matters from commencement through resolution Draft pleadings, motion records, affidavits, facta,



mediation briefs, and related litigation materials Conduct legal research and prepare transparent, strategic written analysis Support and participate in examinations for discovery, motions, mediations, pre-trials, arbitrations, and trials Assist in developing litigation strategy and delivering practical, solution-oriented legal advice Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and court or tribunal stakeholders Maintain well-organized files, monitor litigation timelines, and manage competing deadlines Work collaboratively with colleagues on complex and high-stakes matters
