In this full-time role, you will create engaging and structured learning experiences for children aged 3–5. As a key leader, you will mentor educators, maintain high classroom standards, and foster robust family relationships. Your commitment to early childhood education will play a vital role in preparing children for Kindergarten.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the Left Brain Jumping Junipers preschool
• Design and implement Montessori curriculum
• Support children's self-regulation and confidence
• Observe and assess children's development
• Collaborate with educators for a unified approach
Requirements:
• Certified Alberta Level 3 Early Childhood Educator
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Understanding of developmental strategies
• Solid communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage energetic classroom environments
